Rabie

Why I started working with GymOptimizer:

<span style=""font-weight:">My name is Rabie, born on June 29, 1996 - so depending on when you read this, you can figure out my age.

<span style=""font-weight:">I have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Health and have taken a number of specialized courses in biomechanical training, including N1 with Kassem Hanson, courses by Ben Yanes, Eleiko strength courses and several smaller but valuable courses. My interest in training started at the age of 14, but really took hold around the age of 18, when I also took my first certification as a personal trainer.

<span style=""font-weight:">Since then, I've worked both as a physical and online trainer in Fitness World, SATS and at MNP together with Morten Nørregaard Pedersen, among others. Today, I work fully independently, focusing on individual programming, evidence-based approach and a deep respect for the craft that personal training actually is.

<span style=""font-weight:">The collaboration with GymOptimizer makes perfect sense to me. I have a nerdy approach to training where biomechanics, quality and customization are key - and so does the team behind GymOptimizer. Their equipment matches the way I train and program and is a powerful tool both in my own training and in working with my clients.
