Payment options

GymOptimizer accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using payment cards, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is shipped, the money will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Authorization on debit cards

For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available amount will be shown as less, if you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will remain valid for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

Authorization on credit cards

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

GymOptimizer uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

GymOptimizer’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

GymOptimizer ships goods with the following: GLS – Erhverv, GLS – Pakkeshop, PostNord – Privat

Freight is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are at your own expense.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email tokontakt@gymoptimizer.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to GymOptimizer to assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to GymOptimizer within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The claim is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

GymOptimizer covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.

 

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with GymOptimizer, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

The personal data is registered with GymOptimizer and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees of GymOptimizer have access to the information recorded about you.

As registered with GymOptimizer, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to contact@gymoptimizer.

Complaint options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

It is generally a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits are subject to change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

The European Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here:
